Compared to non-laureates, they are 25 times more likely to sing, 17 times more likely to engage in the visual arts, 12 times more likely to write, 4 times more likely to play music… Regular practice of some art form, whatever it may be, is a formidable creative stimulant. You must foster your collaborators’ artistic practices and the incorporation of artists into organizations.
